What you need: 

  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and initiative in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, always thinking a couple steps ahead.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Critical thinking and independent judgment – able to effectively prioritize requests and tasks based on the needs of the business.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills.
  • Project Management skills – able to independently drive projects to completion.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Calendar and event management - includes scheduling appointments both internally and externally with partners, vendors, clients or prospective clients; arranging audio/web conferencing, meeting room resources, and catering in one of our seven offices or at an offsite location.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international door-to-door travel.
  • Proactively engage your Executives to help them manage their deliverables.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion and tact.
  • Provide back-up coverage for support department.
  • Plan and execute employee events throughout the year, both departmentally and Company-wide while managing to a budget.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Serve as a resource and point person in key areas of administrative knowledge and execution.
