Summary:

We are looking for outgoing and goal-driven individuals who enjoy helping clients realize their full online potential and can thrive in fast-paced, evolving and intense environments. We are not looking for the "stereotypical" sales person. We are looking for people who get involved with community groups and build long term relationships and only sell to those who truly need our solutions and services. Our Account Executives are responsible for bringing Forte Interactive’s online solutions to frustrated nonprofit and race organizations in designated territories and for achieving revenue quotas.

What you need:

  • Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
  • Interest in (or previous experience with) nonprofit sector
  • A hunger to learn about clients problems and help solve them
  • Knowledge and experience working within a solution-selling methodology
  • Strong overall communications skills, including excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

 

What you will be doing:

  • Generate prospective customers primarily through networking, cold calling, developing opportunities passed from Account Development and Marketing and completing and submitting RFIs and RFPs for specified accounts as directed
  • Develop deep understanding of customer industry trends
  • Manage relationships at senior levels of the customer organization
  • Develop, update, and implement full-year account plans
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast
  • Provide and/or coordinate appropriate resources, such as client case studies and proposals, when needed in order to educate prospects and advance sales cycles.
  • Work closely with and involve internal technical and/or executive resources with complex sales opportunities
  • Develop and keep current an in-depth knowledge of nonprofit market, Forte Interactive products and services, and competitive positioning.
