Help Desk - Custom Software Support
Forte Interactive is a leading developer of web-based software solutions in South Florida. Forte was founded in 1999 and serves a variety of clients in diverse industries such as financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, technology and nonprofit. Forte's development team works with a variety of technologies including .NET, ColdFusion, and Adobe FLEX2.
Forte is currently seeking an experienced Full Time customer support associate who, among other duties, will field incoming customer service calls and emails, record inbound requests in our CRM system, and work with our technical support and development teams to completely resolve each issue while keeping the customer informed at all stages of the process.

Requirements
Job Description:
Monitor and respond to customer support requests via email and telephone,
Record all requests in tracking system,
Resolve reported issues in a timely manner,
Resolution includes; Problem Recognition, Research, Isolation, Resolution, And Follow-Up. Requires Experience and Understanding of Web Sites and Web-based applications,
Is Able to Resolve Less Complex Problems Immediately, while More Complex problems are escalated to Senior personnel for resolution.
Job Essential Functions:
Ability To Respond To And Resolve Customer Inquiries.
Ability To Maintain Log Of Customer Inquiries And Concerns.
Ability To Follow Procedural Guidelines To Respond To And/Or Research Customer Questions.
Position Prerequisites:
Must Be U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in U.S.
Basic HTML knowledge. Ability to read HTML page and identify issues with styles, hyperlinks and image tags.
A+ Certification Or Two Years Experience On A Technical Help Desk desired.
Software Troubleshooting And Microsoft Windows Experience A Plus.
Must Have Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Applicant Must Be Able To Sit At A Desk For Up To 4 Hours At A Time, Taking Phone Calls.
Other Job Duties May Include:
Content management and data entry for website clients
Testing of new software products and modules prior to release to production.
